Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026. This policy describes how Voice API ("we", "us") handles information when you visit voice-ai.dev, use our hosted dashboard, or interact with related services.

What this covers

This marketing site and our product may collect limited information needed to run the service, improve the experience, and understand how people use Voice API. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics (PostHog)

We use PostHog for product analytics on this site (and optionally related surfaces). PostHog helps us understand page views, navigation, and how features are used so we can improve Voice API.

  • Events may include page URLs, referrers, browser and device details, and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Person profiles are configured for identified users only where applicable; casual browsing is treated as anonymous analytics where possible.

PostHog processes this data as our analytics provider under their own terms and privacy policy. Learn more at posthog.com/privacy.

Account and product data

If you create an account on the hosted dashboard (dashboard.voice-ai.dev), we process information you provide — such as email and account settings — and operational data needed to run agents, calls, API keys, and related features. Self-hosted deployments process data under your own control.

Third-party links

This site links to third parties such as GitHub, npm, and our API docs. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
